Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Install scaffold frames by securing vertical modules and attaching horizontal transoms to form platform supports; * Assemble platforms by fixing wooden or metal components onto transoms, enabling workers to perform tasks at required heights; * Install accessories such as handrails, ladders, and other devices to ensure safe access, movement, and worker protection; * Modify scaffolds by altering and expanding frames, platforms, and other elements to adapt them to progressing tasks; * Dismantle scaffolds upon task completion by disassembling platforms, vertical modules, handrails, and other accessories to enable reuse of these structures; * Assemble and install cable-suspended scaffolds, vertically moved via two pulleys fixed to the platform; * Strive to comply with occupational safety standards through awareness and use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Know and implement the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety System, while also controlling and keeping up-to-date the folders containing standards and procedures; * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care; * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines; * Encourage proper PPE usage and exercise of the right to refuse work in situations involving imminent serious risk, fostering proposal of control solutions; * Ensure effective incident communication and implementation of necessary corrective actions. retive actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Completed elementary education; * NRs 15, 18, 33, and 35 certifications; * Experience in scaffold assembly; * Residence in Aracruz, Ibiraçu, or João Neiva. **Additional Information** **WE OFFER MUCH MORE THAN JUST PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** We care about your health: Medical Plan and Life Insurance; Meal Voucher or On-site Cafeteria; Transportation Allowance. \#**JoinSuzano \#WePlantCare \#ProudToBelong** We are a **Brazilian multinational company, a global reference in developing sustainable and innovative solutions derived from renewable sources**, through eucalyptus tree planting.
