This professional will also be responsible for the company’s document management, with emphasis on tender processes and contract control, ensuring compliance, organization, and efficiency in administrative workflows. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and manage documentation required for participation in public tenders, ensuring adherence to deadlines, certificates, and tender notice requirements. * Support the preparation of proposals, spreadsheets, and technical documents required in tender processes. * Manage and monitor company contracts, including validity periods, amendments, renewals, and archiving. * Prepare reports and manage corporate documents, acting as the interface between the executive board and other departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * Experience in administrative routines, executive support, and/or public tenders and contracts; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of public tender legislation (preferred); * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel; * Organizational skills, proactivity, discretion, and strong communication abilities. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Professional development opportunities; * Partnerships with educational institutions.
