Organization and assistance in various tasks **Job Description – Construction Helper** A Construction Helper supports civil construction activities by assisting masons, skilled workers, and other professionals in progressing the project. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing materials (mortar, concrete, plaster) * Transport materials and tools within the construction site * Support masonry, excavation, and cleaning tasks * Organize the construction site * Perform loading and unloading of materials * Follow team instructions and safety regulations **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the field is desirable (not mandatory) * Willingness to perform manual labor * Commitment and responsibility * Teamwork skills Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.728,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
