Job Summary: We are seeking a mixing technician to prepare paints and varnishes in a modern industrial setting, controlling parameters and managing raw materials. Key Highlights: 1. Paint, varnish, and lacquer mixtures are prepared following technical formulas, ensuring homogeneity, viscosity, and consistency to meet the most stringent quality standards. Work is carried out in a modern industrial environment in Vitória, using specialized machinery. During the process, continuous monitoring of parameters such as viscosity is performed, along with corrective adjustments. Basic maintenance tasks—including filter replacements and circuit refills—are also carried out, and coordination of raw materials with the warehouse is required. Attention to detail, ability to follow technical instructions, and adherence to safety and quality protocols are essential. A multinational company operating in the chemical and automotive sectors, with standardized processes and comprehensive training. Prior experience in industrial environments—particularly in the automotive sector—is highly valued. This role participates in a key technical process within an advanced industry. A basic or higher-level vocational qualification is required, preferably in technical fields. Basic office software proficiency—especially Excel—is necessary for data recording and parameter control. Experience operating a forklift and prior experience in industrial environments—particularly in the automotive sector—is advantageous for adapting to the pace and standards of this environment.
