We are currently accepting applications for our MECHANIC TRAINING SCHOOL, designed to develop new talent through high-level practical and theoretical training.
**What You Will Learn and Do:**
**During the program, you will:**
Participate in theoretical and practical training in workshops, laboratories, and online platforms;
Operate hydraulic and electrical simulators with supervisor support to develop technical skills;
Assist in component washing, assembly, and disassembly activities, learning hands-on;
Conduct technical research using specialized literature and portals such as CATERPILLAR to strengthen your knowledge;
Periodic assessments including theoretical and practical exams.
**Requirements:**
Completed high school;
Must be 18 years of age or older;
Technical course preferred (mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, or related fields);
Knowledge or experience in mechanics and/or electricity preferred;
Interest in pursuing a career in Caterpillar (Construction) equipment maintenance;
Availability to participate in the program Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, for 6 months;
Driver’s license class B preferred;
