New product development and quality management We are seeking a technically skilled professional with an excellence-oriented mindset, responsible for **ensuring technical and regulatory compliance** of raw materials, processes, and finished products. This role involves ensuring **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, promoting continuous improvement, process standardization, and strengthening the **industrial quality culture**. If you thrive on challenges, are passionate about quality, and wish to play a strategic role in a dynamic growth environment, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement and manage the industrial quality system; * Develop, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and cleaning; * Implement raw material receiving and inspection controls; * Define and monitor in-process control parameters together with Production Control and Planning (PCP); * Ensure full traceability of production batches; * Support internal and external audits; * Conduct training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Manage non-conformities and corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA); * Support new product development in collaboration with R&D; * Generate and analyze quality indicators (KPIs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or in Production, Food, or Chemical Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management or certifications in GMP, ISO 9001, or FSSC 22000; * Solid knowledge of GMP, internal audits, and traceability; * Strong technical and analytical leadership skills; * Excellent communication skills and ability to influence production departments; * Practical mindset with focus on continuous improvement; * Discipline and strong sense of priority. **Additional Information** Health Insurance – Unimed (including hospitalization) Birthday Day Off Nutritionist Consultation Discount on True Products True Fitness (monthly incentive for physical activity) Year-end Bonus From day one, True was founded on an unwavering commitment: delivering supplements backed by quality, science, and the best taste.
