Intellectual Property Specialist responsible for monitoring the patent landscape, identifying inventions, and defining intellectual property protection strategies in a global environment.

**Key Challenges and Projects**
* Monitor and analyze the patent landscape and competitors' activities, identifying strategic intellectual property risks and opportunities.
* Conduct prior art searches and technical assessments to support innovation protection decisions.
* Identify, capture, and structure inventions, guiding inventors in formalizing and submitting ideas.
* Define, jointly with global teams, optimal intellectual property protection strategies (e.g., patents, trade secrets, publications).
* Manage the patent filing and prosecution process, interfacing with external law firms and corporate teams.
* Ensure appropriate protection and confidentiality of the company's strategic information.
* Participate in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal instruments related to Intellectual Property (e.g., NDAs, R\&D agreements, licensing agreements).
* Ensure correct inventorship and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Deliver training and awareness initiatives on Intellectual Property for diverse internal audiences.
* Collaborate with legal departments and stakeholders to support strategic Intellectual Property projects and requests.
**Minimum Requirements**
* Engineering, Administration, or Law degree
* Knowledge or prior experience with Intellectual Property laws
* Qualification in patent rights
* Familiarity with patent management tools and systems
* Fluent English

* Specialization in Intellectual Property
* Basic knowledge and experience in metallurgy, materials science, research, and development
