Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for conducting quotations, entering data into the ERP system, monitoring delivery deadlines, analyzing material consumption, and supporting contract management and inventories. An environment that values organization and process monitoring **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Conduct quotations based on internal demand; * Enter purchase and supplier data into the ERP system; * Monitor delivery deadlines and record incidents; * Analyze material consumption and propose regular orders; * Update contract, purchase order, and invoice controls; * Support verification of basic commercial and technical conditions; * Support inventories and supplier re-evaluations. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate Office / Excel proficiency; * Proven experience in contract control and basic negotiation knowledge; * Familiarity with Sankhya is a plus. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Internal benefits, Parking, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
