Join our team! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Delinquent Customer Monitoring: * Actively monitor the status of delinquent customers, analyzing patterns and developing strategies for regularization. Assistance in the Collections Process: * Contribute to the collections process by implementing effective actions for recovering outstanding amounts. Issuance of Payment Slips: * Be responsible for the accurate issuance of payment slips, ensuring compliance with established procedures. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Proactivity and Commitment: * Demonstrate initiative and dedication to job responsibilities. Agility: * Act swiftly and efficiently when performing tasks, optimizing the collections process.
