Main responsibilities: * Management and coordination of trench pavement activities for sewage networks, household connections, and treatment plants (TPs). * Supervision of asphalt paving (CBUQ) and precast/interlocking concrete pavement works. * Coordination of in-house pavement and base construction teams, as well as management of repaving contractors. * Scheduling with asphalt plants and validation of asphalt mixture designs. * Preparation of technical management reports for senior management. * Direct interaction with AEGEA contract inspectors. * Support in compliance with occupational safety regulations. * Strategic alignment with senior management. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Knowledge of applicable technical standards (DNIT, ABNT); * Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, etc.); * Experience with asphalt plants and application technologies.
