Responsibilities and Duties: * Collect, compile, and analyze data on physical progress, quality control, and performance of civil construction projects. * Manage the flow of technical documentation (designs, specifications, ARTs, reports, measurements) specific to the civil discipline, ensuring organization and traceability. * Prepare technical reports, presentations, and dashboards for monitoring project execution, compliance, and civil project KPIs. * Support the civil engineering team in verifying technical specifications, standards, and project requirements. * Validate, process, and manage documentation from subcontractors and suppliers of services and materials related to civil engineering. * Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement based on analysis of civil project data and information. * Collaborate in preparing follow\-ups and meetings with clients and internal teams. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Civil Engineering, Administration, or related fields) or completed technical course with relevant experience. * Prior experience in administrative or project support roles, preferably in the engineering field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel. * Analytical ability and attention to detail.
