Monitor hiring, termination, benefits, and other internal personnel-related practices. Provide support for people management, encouraging interpersonal relationships, engagement, and results orientation. Previous experience as HR Director, HR Coordinator, HR Supervisor, or Talent Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
