Job Summary:
Nurse focused on health assessment, procedure documentation, medical record review, and training, ensuring patient treatment.

* Full Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active COREN registration;
* Fluent English and advanced Libras are preferred;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Prior experience in clinical care is desirable;
* Availability to work on a daily shift schedule, Monday to Friday, from 09:30 AM to 5:42 PM;
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct health assessments for new members, collect patient health-related information, and complete medical records with such information to identify pre-existing conditions and record health data facilitating treatment management;
* Perform and ensure documentation of procedures and complications related to the patient in medical records according to SAE standards, considering technical, ethical, and legal aspects;
* Review medical records to verify documentation, patient documents, and test results, assessing their organization per established routines;
* Conduct training for outsourced nursing service providers;
* Perform other related or inherent duties as described in the Service Order and/or upon request by the immediate supervisor.
Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.597,41 per month
