Job Summary: Analyst responsible for data extraction, dashboard construction, data analysis, and communication of insights to support management decisions. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize operations through data analysis and insights. 2. Develop dynamic reports and interactive dashboards. 3. Communicate results and insights clearly to management. * Data Extraction and Preparation: Retrieve data from multiple sources and prepare it to ensure accuracy and quality of analyses. * Dashboard Development: Build dynamic reports and interactive dashboards (KPIs) for management monitoring. * Data Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Communication: Present insights and results clearly and visually to managers and teams. * Conduct meetings with the sales team; * Other related duties. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's program in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields; * Experience with responsibilities associated with this role; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications); * Knowledge of SQL. * Behavioral Profile: Strong logical reasoning, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and excellent communication ability.
