We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your key missions will be to safeguard our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Supervise the audit intern team, including hiring, delivering feedback, conducting training, and daily activity monitoring; * Analyze, prepare, and monitor sales performance reports for the project’s operations; * Supervise and support the audit team; * Analyze and manage area-specific key indicators; * Conduct meetings with store tenants to validate information, provide performance feedback, and hold discussions; * Execute audit strategies per store/segment; * Ensure auditors receive training on best audit practices; * Ensure compliance with all items outlined in the Area’s Excellence Book; * Process sales data collection for measuring the project’s performance; * Prepare performance presentations for management; * Monitor complementary rent billing to ensure timely collection; Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; * Knowledge of data analysis and statistics is desirable.
