WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Responsible for carrying out the restaurant’s administrative tasks, supported by the office, ensuring procedures are completed within established deadlines; * Serve internal customers (employees) and external customers (shopping center administrators, inspectors, and service providers), resolving inquiries and providing requested documentation; * Enter invoices into the accounts payable system, and send bank slips and invoices to the office; * Verify daily cash closing and deposits; * Purchase office supplies; * Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as transportation voucher and health/dental plan enrollments.
