As a Shipping Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring that every order reaches the customer with quality and speed. Here, your ideas for optimizing processes are welcome, and you will have room to learn and grow in the field of logistics. * Pick, verify, and pack orders according to invoices. * Organize, label, and prepare shipments for transportation. * Support loading and unloading of goods. * Update systems with order and shipping statuses. * Monitor physical inventory in the shipping area. * Assist with inventory and product counting. * Maintain organization and safety in the department. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or stockroom roles. * Basic knowledge of issuing or verifying invoices. * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. * Availability for on-site work and operational tasks. * Ability to work well in a team and follow procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with management systems (ERP, WMS, or similar). * Experience in distribution centers, freight companies, or e-commerce. * Familiarity with logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory accuracy, etc.). * Technical course or degree in Logistics or related fields.
