We are seeking a **Compensation Analyst** to join the Human Resources team, contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization’s job, salary, and compensation policies. The professional will support HR management strategies, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and consistency in compensation practices through structured analyses and generation of indicators that support leadership decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the structuring, review, and maintenance of the organization’s job and salary policies; * Conduct analyses of fixed and variable compensation, ensuring alignment with market practices and internal guidelines; * Support salary adjustments, promotions, and job classifications; * Develop and update salary tables and job structures; * Conduct comparative analyses and support participation in market salary surveys; * Develop reports, indicators, and compensation analyses, providing analytical support to the HR department and leadership; * Contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of the company’s compensation practices and policies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in job and salary processes and compensation analysis; * Knowledge of salary table structuring and compensation policies; * Experience with salary surveys and market analysis; * Experience with variable compensation and performance indicators; * Experience with HR management systems or HR ERP systems; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel; * Analytical, organized profile with strong data interpretation capability.
