We seek an organized and committed professional to join our team and directly support the administrative and operational management of our business. ABOUT THE POSITION The administrative assistant will handle various essential functions for company operations: HR Management: employee hiring, attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and CLT employment regime administration Inbound and outbound invoice processing Employee payroll disbursement and company bill settlement Accounts payable posting and monitoring Budget list preparation and follow-up Review of budgets forwarded to production Meticulous attention to detail across all administrative processes COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary: R$ 2.150,00 Transportation allowance Meal allowance: R$ 250,00 Three daily meals on-site Dental plan Life insurance CLT employment contract REQUIREMENTS Completed high school (ongoing higher education is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in administrative routines and/or HR departments Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail Strong communication skills and accountability Location: Jardim Camburi, Vitória — ES | On-site work | Full-time Interested?
