We are looking for a **Senior IT Technical Specialist** to strategically support and evolve our technology infrastructure. This professional will be responsible for **planning, coordinating, and supervising IT activities**, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the organization’s systems and computing environments. Additionally, they will play a critical role as the **bridge between the technical team and management**, contributing to the efficient execution of projects and operational continuity of technology services. **This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request and use personal protective equipment; * Supervise and ensure server, network, storage, and virtualized environment (on\-premise and cloud) availability and performance; * Coordinate hardware, software, and operating system deployment, maintenance, and updates; * Monitor environment capacity and propose preventive and corrective improvements; * Ensure execution and integrity of backup routines and disaster recovery plans; * Enforce security policies, access control, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards; * Supervise identity and access management, periodically reviewing permissions and accounts; * Monitor and coordinate responses to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and critical patches; * Coordinate and develop the infrastructure and support technical team, defining priorities and distributing tasks; * Promote a continuous improvement culture and documentation of best practices (ITIL, COBIT); * Participate in planning and executing technological modernization, migration, and implementation projects; * Evaluate and recommend new solutions and vendors, supporting procurement and negotiation processes; * Prepare managerial reports, performance indicators (SLA, UPTIME, MTTR), and presentations for management; * Supervise first- and second-level incident ticket handling, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs; * Serve as the technical escalation point for critical incidents and high-complexity problems; * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles; * Proven experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365/M365, Azure); * Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V), networking (switching, routing, firewall), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental, and Administrative procedures defined by the company and its clients, fulfilling responsibilities outlined therein, and controlling records per the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in IT Management, Information Security, or related areas is a plus; * Administration of Windows Server and Linux servers; * TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP, BGP/OSPF, and SD\-WAN technologies; * Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, SCOM, or similar); * Identity and access management: Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, SSO; * ITSM / ITIL concepts (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus); * PowerShell and/or Python for automation and scripting is a plus; * Microsoft certifications: AZ\-104 (Azure Administrator), MS\-102 (M365 Administrator), or equivalents; * CompTIA: Network\+, Security\+; * ITIL Foundation v4; * Cisco: CCNA or higher (a plus). **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Coffee Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Benefit; * Profit Sharing; * Partnerships with universities and other institutions, encouraging continuous development and professional growth.
