Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical, results-driven Buyer to join a well-established distribution company specializing in products for bakeries and food service. Key Highlights: 1. This is a challenging opportunity to work with an established company under a full-time CLT employment contract (on-site). We seek a Buyer with analytical vision, results orientation, and strong negotiation skills to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratio, quality, and delivery timelines for our strategic inputs. * Lead quotation, negotiation, and purchase order closing processes. * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. * Analyze consumption patterns, inventory levels, and purchasing needs. * Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines, quality standards, and technical specifications. * Identify alternative suppliers and opportunities for cost reduction. * Record and update data in procurement/ERP systems. * Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist, preferably in the food industry. * Experience in quotations, negotiations, and supplier management. * Knowledge of inventory routines, lead times, and procurement planning. * Proficiency in Excel and procurement/ERP systems. * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience procuring raw materials, packaging, or food ingredients. * Previous work in food manufacturing or distribution companies. * Familiarity with procurement KPIs (e.g., savings, average lead time, service level). * Participation in cost-reduction or process-improvement projects.
