Promote citizenship and social inclusion The Legion of Good Will – LBV is hiring a **Social Educator**: The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, as well as community development and integration of groups in situations of social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities, aiming to strengthen skills and knowledge of individuals’ fundamental rights and guarantees to overcome challenges and build autonomous life projects, contributing to a solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical society. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct socioeducational activities through conversations, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, artistic-cultural activities, and leisure activities to strengthen bonds among users, their families, and unit professionals; * Pursue continuous professional development to acquire general knowledge, thematic insights, and competencies relevant to contemporary society and citizenship, with the aim of proposing service axes and objectives; * Assist service beneficiaries in the dining room and foster autonomy through practical assistance and self-confidence skills; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: **Completed High School (Higher education in related fields — physical education, pedagogy, arts — is desirable)** * Experience in the Service for Coexistence and Bond Strengthening (SCFV) is desirable; * Availability of schedule; * Skills in physical and cultural activities; * A professional in physical education is desirable; * Experience working with children and adolescents. **Additional Information** * Workload: **200 hours/month** * Schedule: **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided on-site; * Health insurance — after formal employment; * Dental insurance — after formal employment; * SESC membership; * Discounts at gyms and sports facilities — **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building program.
