As a Financial Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's financial health, supporting various essential tasks related to daily financial management. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the finance department in carrying out routine activities, including maintaining accounting records, processing invoices, monitoring expenses, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. Support for administrative, finance, procurement, human resources, and executive departments. Accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management. Additionally, you will work closely with the accountant and other team members to ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Experience in financial work is essential, as well as a solid understanding of accounting practices and financial management. You must be detail-oriented and highly organized, as you will need to manage financial information accurately and efficiently.
