Strategic negotiation with suppliers GS Inima Brasil \| Vitória \- ES \| On-site Job Description Responsible for coordinating procurement processes at the operational unit, ensuring efficiency, control, and compliance with corporate policies and guidelines. Manages purchasing, warehousing, and inventory, ensuring accuracy, waste reduction, and fulfillment of operational demands. Leads a team, negotiates with suppliers, and uses the SAP system to monitor KPIs and optimize processes, contributing to operational continuity and alignment with group strategies. Responsibilities and Duties * Coordinate purchasing, warehousing, and inventory management processes at the operational unit in accordance with corporate guidelines; * Plan and control purchase orders, ensuring delivery timelines, quality, and competitive costs; * Negotiate with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with group policies; * Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material movement; Implement practices for process optimization and waste reduction;* Monitor departmental performance indicators and propose continuous improvements; * Lead, develop, and evaluate the procurement team, promoting engagement and results; * Ensure compliance with internal standards, corporate procedures, and legal requirements; * Support integration initiatives between procurement and other departments within the unit, aligned with group strategies. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Postgraduate degree **Fields:** Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. * **SAP – Modules related to procurement;** * **Materials Planning and Control;** * **Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools;** * **Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel):** Report creation, dashboards, and analysis. Procurement Management Tools – Integrated systems and best practices in Supply Chain; Desirable Requirements * Experience / Knowledge in the Concession / Basic Sanitation sector will be considered a plus.
