




Job Summary: Store General Manager responsible for managing teams, store operations, inventory, and results, aiming for continuous improvement and excellence in customer service. Analysis of results with focus on loss reduction and continuous improvement Supermarket seeks a Store General Manager in Vila Velha. **Responsibilities:** People Management: Manage the team (leaders, operators, auditors, customer service representatives, and custodial staff). Monitor performance, provide guidance, develop and engage the team. Conduct daily briefings (Good Morning meetings) and weekly leadership meetings. Support HR in recruitment and selection processes, including: Candidate screening; Support and participation in interviews; Onboarding of new employees. Ensure compliance with work schedules, days off, and working hours. Mediate conflicts and oversee disciplinary matters. Store Operational Management: Perform store opening and closing procedures. Ensure proper functioning of POS systems, other systems, and cash handling routines. Supervise cashier areas, queues, and customer service. Maintain standard store layout, product segmentation, display, and pricing. Monitor restocking, exchanges, returns, and overall store organization. Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation. Inventory and Warehouse Management: Supervise goods receipt, verification, and storage. Control invoices, delivery notes, and volumes. Monitor damaged items, losses, and system entries. Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper waste disposal. Results Management: Analyze daily sales, customer traffic, and average transaction value. Track monthly targets and perform daily reporting. Prepare and submit performance and closing reports. Focus on results, loss reduction, and continuous improvement. Position located in Vila Velha / ES. High school diploma required.
