Experience as a team leader or assistant store manager in retail/supermarkets **Job Description:** We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the store manager in leading supermarket operations. The professional will be responsible for supporting team management, ensuring proper store operation, monitoring performance goals, and guaranteeing excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the store manager with daily operational and administrative tasks; * Monitor team performance and foster a productive work environment; * Ensure sector organization and adequate merchandise stocking; * Support sales analysis, shrinkage control, and KPI management; * Attend to customers and resolve conflicts or inquiries; * Participate in shift scheduling and supervise store opening and closing procedures; * Substitute for the store manager during absences, ensuring uninterrupted operations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in fields such as Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related areas is preferred); * Prior experience as a team leader, supervisor, or assistant store manager in retail/supermarkets; * Skills in team management, customer service, and goal tracking; * Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
