The professional will be responsible for supporting team management, ensuring proper store operation, monitoring performance goals, and guaranteeing excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the store manager with daily operational and administrative tasks; * Monitor team performance and foster a productive work environment; * Ensure sector organization and adequate merchandise stocking; * Support sales analysis, shrinkage control, and KPI management; * Attend to customers and resolve conflicts or inquiries; * Participate in shift scheduling and supervise store opening and closing procedures; * Substitute for the store manager during absences, ensuring uninterrupted operations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in fields such as Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related areas is preferred); * Prior experience as a team leader, supervisor, or assistant store manager in retail/supermarkets; * Skills in team management, customer service, and goal tracking; * Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
