Job Summary: An Engineering Operational Supervisor leads teams in specialized technical activities such as Chemical Cleaning and Hydrostatic Testing, provides technical support, and manages project documentation. An Engineering Services Company seeks an Operational Supervisor in Vila Velha. **Responsibilities:** Lead and coordinate teams performing activities including Chemical Cleaning, Flushing, Backwashing, Controlled Torquing, Hydrostatic Testing, and other related tasks. Provide technical support to the supervisor and team by interpreting technical drawings and piping layouts to identify requirements and resolve issues. Supervise and operate assembly and disassembly of temporary circuits required for hydrostatic testing, chemical cleaning, flushing, and other services specified in the ITP scope. Accurately read and interpret isometric drawings, Process Flow Diagrams (P\&IDs), and other industrial technical documents. Demonstrate in-depth practical knowledge of equipment such as pumps for chemical cleaning, flushing, hydrostatic testing, and industrial borescopes, ensuring correct application in projects. Accurately perform Pneumatic Tests, Chemical Cleaning, Flushing, and Leak Tests. Understand and apply concepts related to fluid flow rate, pressure, and viscosity. Manage team mobilization and deployment across projects, optimizing resources and ensuring adherence to schedules and established procedures. Prepare and coordinate project documentation, including Daily Work Reports (DWRs), Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRAs), Quality Certificates, and organization of the Databook. Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Operational Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
