We look forward to receiving exceptional candidates like you! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Planning Analyst, you will... * Participate in handover meetings for each new project; assist in developing coordination standards. * Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop the EVA (Activity Value Structure), a document used to monitor the project’s financial performance. * Be responsible for preparing and finalizing, together with Project Managers, Measurement Bulletins for submission to the client. Track updates to document lists and pending items. * Prepare and issue monthly project status reports requested by the client. * Attend weekly, biweekly, or monthly technical team and management meetings, and produce meeting minutes. * Work alongside Project Managers to monitor physical, economic, and financial performance of contracts. * Monitor departmental control requirements, such as contractual adjustments and project status.
