Job Summary: Support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, including mapping, reviewing, and standardizing internal processes. Monitor performance indicators and promote continuous improvement **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Support the maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, performing process mapping, review, and standardization; Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, and records; conduct internal audits and support external certification audits; Monitor performance indicators, action plans for deviation correction, and deliver training on quality standards and practices to employees. Track nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement projects, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration.
