Collaborate effectively as part of a team with good communication and proactivity Position Title: Junior Housekeeper Key Responsibilities: \- Clean and tidy guest rooms, common areas, and other company spaces according to established quality standards. \- Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies and materials in all areas. \- Identify maintenance issues or needs and promptly report them to supervision. \- Maintain organization, preservation, and presentable appearance of all areas. \- Promptly respond to guest/client requests, striving to deliver exceptional service. Required Qualifications: \- Completed elementary education. \- Prior experience as a housekeeper or in similar roles for at least 6 months. \- Manual dexterity and attention to detail. \- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively. \- Organizational skills, agility, and proactivity. \- Availability to comply with rotating work schedules. Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of sanitation techniques and proper use of cleaning products. \- Experience in hospitality or similar establishments. \- Basic customer service skills.
