




Job Summary: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, identify customer needs, and enroll services to meet performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Deliver customer service with friendliness and courtesy, accurately identify EDP customer needs, and promptly enroll services to effectively address customer requirements and contractual performance indicators.
