Job Description Responsibilities Practice broadly across all HR areas: payroll, statutory contributions, accounting, benefits, and recruitment and selection. Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and strategic guidelines while supporting process development and excellence in people management. Process and verify payroll (permanent, temporary, and third-party employees). Ensure accurate calculation of statutory labor contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.) and timely submission of ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DCTFWeb). Interface with Accounting to ensure correct accounting of payroll and statutory contribution events. Manage and control benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.), ensuring timely updates and integration with payroll. Support and execute recruitment and selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees). Maintain and organize personnel files and documents (digital). Guide and advise employees on labor legislation, internal policies, and HR processes. Support internal and external audits related to HR/Personnel Administration. Develop and monitor HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, etc.). Collaborate in initiatives promoting organizational climate and culture.
