Opportunity for professionals with high school or higher education in related fields **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 (Monday\-Friday) **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Conduct collections from delinquent customers via phone calls and e\-mails. * Negotiate payment terms and conditions with customers. * Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. * Reduce delinquency and maintain positive customer relationships, * Support accounts receivable control and organization, invoice issuance, reconciliations, and payment tracking. * Prior experience in collections / accounts receivable. **Requirements:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Knowledge of collection and debt negotiation procedures. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Prior experience in collections / accounts receivable. * Organizational and disciplinary skills to manage high volumes of contacts and pending tasks. * Proficiency with Excel/spreadsheets. * Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
