Assist in the overall maintenance of the condominium **General Services Assistant (GSA) – Condominium** Send Resume to: 27 99291\-9209 **Job Description:** Perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization of common areas in residential condominiums, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents and visitors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean common areas (hallways, staircases, lobbies, elevators, garages, and leisure areas); * Collect garbage and dispose of it properly; * Sanitize restrooms; * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed; * Assist in the overall maintenance of the condominium; * Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning products.
