Grow with our FamIlha, **The Cook is an extremely vital role within the kitchen, as this team member helps bring culinary joy to customers.** * Prepare food; * Monitor doneness, cooking time, and production—from pre-preparation through final plating; * Prepare food following standards to ensure process integrity, including: quality, flavor, and presentation; * Verify order specifications or menu items; * Perform production tasks; * Handle and season food while checking the freshness and condition of ingredients used; * Inspect cleaning of equipment and utensils. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must reside in Vila Velha, Vitória, or nearby areas; * Availability for closing shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM — subject to confirmation) and immediate start; * High school diploma preferred; * Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a COOK; * Experience in large restaurants is a plus but not mandatory; * Must be committed, joyful, responsible, team-oriented, and proactive; **INFORMATION:** Base salary \+ tips (net amount ranging from R$2500 to R$3000 per month — approximate values; in some months exceeding R$3000 net) On-site meals Attendance benefit \- MEAL TICKET; Transportation voucher with no 6% deduction Career development plan Tips \+ bonuses Dental plan with no deduction Health insurance Pharmacy card \- Network agreement Partnership agreements with universities and educational institutions Psychosocial support program Birthday Day Off \+ Ilha Gift (voucher) And much, much more!
