Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and 5S **If you want to build a Lean culture and make a real impact in a traditional automotive group, this position is for you.** **Responsibilities:** * Map, analyze, and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costs * Identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities based on data and KPIs * Apply continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, Kaizen, functional 5S, and problem-solving * Lead continuous improvement projects across operational and administrative departments * Standardize processes and develop operational procedures **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies * Experience in process mapping and analysis * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments * Project management experience (preferred) Lunch at the on-site restaurant with no deductions; Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
