Job Summary: This internship in the Technical Support Department provides engineering and maintenance support, assisting in technical control, maintenance monitoring, and data analysis to optimize processes. Process improvement and operational efficiency The intern will work in the **Technical Support Department (DAT)**, providing support for engineering and equipment maintenance activities. They will assist in technical control, maintenance monitoring, and data analysis, contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance control and monitoring * Assist in failure analysis and preparation of technical reports * Support in opening and controlling service orders * Monitor equipment performance indicators * Support technical documentation management and maintenance history records * Interface with maintenance, operations, and logistics teams **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering (from the 5th semester onward) * Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel is a plus) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
