Opportunity to work on events across Brazil. **About the Challenge** The Events team is responsible for **planning, organizing, and executing** Takeat’s presence at the events we sponsor and attend throughout the year, ensuring each initiative is well-structured, organized, and aligned with the company’s objectives. The goal is simple yet strategic: **transform events into tangible opportunities for brand building, relationship development, and business growth**, while maintaining cost control, operational excellence, and impact on sales and marketing. In this role, you will be the **central point of event operations**, connecting suppliers, internal teams, and partners to ensure everything happens on time, within budget, and to a high standard of execution — from planning through to results analysis. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Event operational management: Manage all operational aspects of Takeat’s presence at sponsored events (budgets, suppliers, giveaways, flights, accommodations, etc.). * Supplier quotation and negotiation: Obtain quotations for required materials and services, ensuring quality and favorable financial terms. * Logistics coordination: Ensure all logistical details for Takeat’s presence at events are organized, including transportation, booths, and on-site team support. * On-site event participation: Represent Takeat at events, ensuring successful participation and supporting sales and marketing teams on location. * Budget management: Support budget control for each event and ensure all expenses follow the planned schedule. * Strategic development: Collaborate in defining how Takeat will be positioned at each event, contributing creative and strategic ideas. * Results tracking: Work with the sales and marketing teams to evaluate each event’s outcomes, analyzing metrics such as lead generation, ROI, and conversions. **Soft Skills** * Proactivity and dynamism: Ability to act quickly and devise creative solutions to resolve operational issues. * Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and deliver on established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience: Prior experience organizing events—especially trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events—is a plus. * Budget and logistics management: Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with multiple suppliers while maintaining organization. * Autonomy and problem-solving: Capacity to work independently, handle unexpected situations, and resolve issues promptly. * Communication and relationship-building: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and clients during events. * Commercial mindset: Ability to understand Takeat’s commercial needs and proactively engage leads and promote the system. * Willingness to travel: Flexibility and readiness to travel, as the position requires attendance at events across Brazil.
