Prior experience in legalization or compliance is highly valued An accounting firm in Serra is seeking a Legalization Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Executing establishment, modification, and dissolution processes for companies of all legal natures. Drafting and reviewing corporate documents such as articles of incorporation, amendments, termination agreements, minutes, powers of attorney, and others. Managing licensing and corporate regularization procedures, including permits, registrations, and installment plans. Requesting tax incentives and special tax regimes. Identifying and analyzing outstanding tax obligations at federal, state, and municipal levels. Direct interaction with the Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, State Tax Authorities (SEFAZ), Municipalities, Notary Offices, and other agencies. Issuing negative certificates and other documents from government agencies. Performing tasks related to standard Legalization Analyst duties. Previous roles such as Regulatory Specialist, Legalization Consultant, Compliance Analyst, or Legalization Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
