Opportunity for continuous improvement of financial processes **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours \- 8 AM to 6 PM \- Monday to Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT We are looking for a Financial Analyst with expertise in FP\&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) and P&L (Profit and Loss Statement) to join our team and contribute to the institution’s strategic management and financial performance. Main responsibilities: * Prepare, analyze, and monitor the P&L statement, identifying variances and improvement opportunities; * Conduct financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, and projections); * Develop and monitor financial performance indicators; * Perform economic feasibility analyses and support decision-making; * Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations; * Support continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in FP\&A, results analysis, and KPI management; * Experience in data analysis and financial performance evaluation; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools; * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Preferred qualifications: Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
