Job Summary: A Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) professional responsible for connecting departments, optimizing demand, inventory, and profitability, while leading data analysis and generating strategic business insights. Partner with business areas to deliver analytical solutions The Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) area is responsible for connecting various company departments — such as Commercial, Logistics, Production, and Finance — to ensure market demand is met efficiently and with balanced inventory, procurement, and profitability. It is a strategic function focused on maximizing the Company’s results. It is responsible for creating and monitoring Vibra’s S&OE and S&OP cycles. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead data analysis initiatives, generate strategic insights, and support data-driven decision-making. This person will play a pivotal role in transforming data into business value. * Lead short- and medium-term planning meetings and consensus meetings, managing conflicts and focusing on strategic guidelines. * Perform strategic inventory management and identify key opportunities for control/reduction. * Develop and disseminate inventory reports and sales tracking reports. * Design and maintain executive dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau). Participate in building, validating, structuring, and updating these reports. * Partner with business areas to understand requirements and propose analytical solutions. * Support data-driven culture initiatives across the company. * Structure information sources to build recurring and ad-hoc analyses and KPIs. * Identify opportunities and risks in the Demand and Supply Plan, acting to capture or mitigate them.
