For more information, visit Worley.com We are looking for a **Senior Civil Engineer:** **Requirements:** * Generally, as part of responsibilities, knowledge of preparing technical documentation through application of fundamental engineering theories, techniques, and practices. Knowledge of standards, regulations, building codes, manufacturing standards, and standard design practices relevant to control and development; * Experience in Civil Engineering within the conventional energy sector, including multidisciplinary projects, reinforced concrete structural design, steel structure design, structural sizing, quantity take-off calculations, and review/evaluation of designs; * Preliminary and/or detailed structural sizing for reinforced concrete structures and verification of steel structures, quantity take-off calculations, sketch preparation, compilation of calculation memoranda, preparation of quantity schedules, supervision of formwork, reinforcement, anchor bolt, insert, single-line, and 3D model drawings; * English (spoken, written, and comprehension); * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to navigate intranet pages, conduct research, and synthesize information. Organization of information from multiple sources according to prescribed formats and policies; * Familiarity with structural analysis/verification software such as SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, TQS, Robot, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Gathers data from multiple sources and prepares engineering studies, analyses, calculations, etc. Prepares recommendations and final documentation. Identifies technical issues, develops alternative solutions, evaluates pros and cons of various options, and provides recommendations via official project documents—such as technical queries and technical deviations. Compiles final documentation incorporating all relevant information and seeks client approval. May review similar documentation to support others and review/authorize work performed by the team; * Evaluation of project technical documentation, document review, and consolidation of comments; * Preparation of design criteria, technical and/or service specifications, descriptive memoranda for reinforced concrete structures, and support to the discipline supervisor.
