If you are proactive, enjoy working collaboratively, and aim to grow in the industrial field, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the production routines of air conditioning equipment * Support assembly, organization, and handling of parts and materials * Perform cleaning and organization of the production area * Follow technical instructions and safety regulations * Provide support to professionals in the area (assemblers, welders, etc.) **Requirements:** * Industrial environment experience preferred (not mandatory) * Willingness to learn and develop * Commitment and responsibility **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with hand tools * Background in metallurgy, refrigeration, or related fields Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
