Responsible for telephone contact with customers, whether for sales, support, or research. Acts as a bridge between the company and customers, offering products or services, clarifying doubts, resolving issues, and collecting information. Performs tasks related to administrative internship routines. Position based in Nova Iguaçu / RJ. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Clerk, Human Resources Intern, or Finance Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
