Manage inventory, cleaning, maintenance, and reception processes to ensure proper facility operation. Provide support to administrative teams in procurement, finance, and billing on matters related to facility operations. Maintain active relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and monitoring product and service deliveries. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality at the facility. Ensure all operations comply with health and safety standards, governmental regulations, and internal company policies. Track and record invoices in the system to ensure financial accuracy and operational control. Provide support and guidance to operational teams, assisting in resolving day-to-day issues. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields. Prior experience in operations at clinical units, hospitals, or healthcare services. Knowledge of administrative processes, inventory control, and supplier management. Problem-solving skills, process optimization ability, and commitment to maintaining an efficient operational environment. Organizational skills, clear communication, and an analytical mindset.
