Plan, organize, and manage customer activities under your responsibility, developing strategies and actions to achieve and/or exceed company-set objectives, adhering to commercial policy while maintaining sustainable growth of your business unit. Ensure a GTM design that delivers appropriate service levels per customer typology and protects cost-to-serve. Direct management of the sales team, ensuring people development and implementation of the Point-of-Sale strategy with Perfect Store. **Your Impact** * Manage, develop, and lead customers in the Campos Gerias region (Ponta Grossa/Guarapuava) and surrounding cities. * Plan, organize, and manage customer activities under your responsibility, developing strategies and actions to achieve and/or exceed company-set objectives, adhering to commercial policy while maintaining sustainable growth of your business unit—with focus on implementing the +Q Perfect Store model across the entire customer base and developing all channels. * Ensure a GTM design that delivers appropriate service levels per customer typology and optimal cost-to-serve. * Direct management of the execution team comprising 1 merchandising supervisor, 25 sales promoters, and 2 sales representatives—ensuring people development and implementation of the Point-of-Sale strategy with +Q Perfect Store and Connected. * Team management and development with an OT profile. * Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions with key regional customers. * Ensure Perfect Store execution and achievement of Net Sales/Volume + Stales and +Q Perfect Store KPIs. * Effectively manage commercial policy across customers. * Ensure implementation of the Dynamo process as the foundation for people and business development. * Protect the region’s GTM in alignment with business strategy. * Conduct working sessions and alignment meetings with internal departments, focused on ensuring service levels. * Develop (Salty + Foods + Centralized Lucky) for OT-profile customers / wholesale customers previously served by distributors. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** Completed undergraduate degree. Postgraduate degree preferred. Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). Experience managing teams in commercial areas. Strong negotiation experience and skills. Conflict management. People development. Strategic thinking/capability. Analytical capability.
