We are looking for a Senior HR Analyst to serve as the technical reference for Electronic Timekeeping management, primarily responsible for processes related to working hour control, calculation, monthly closing, and legal compliance.
We seek a professional with solid experience in managing electronic timekeeping systems, knowledge of labor legislation applicable to working hours, and the ability to ensure the quality of information supporting payroll closing.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Serve as the technical owner of the company’s Electronic Timekeeping processes;
Administer and perform daily monitoring of working hour registrations;
Conduct monthly calculation and closing of electronic timekeeping records, ensuring data consistency for payroll processing;
Analyze, resolve, and monitor inconsistencies in time registrations, working hours, overtime, time banks, late arrivals, absences, standby duties, and other occurrences;
Manage timekeeping exceptions jointly with managers and employees;
Monitor and control working hours, shift schedules, compensatory time, and time banks, ensuring compliance with current legislation and collective bargaining agreements;
Serve as advisory support to managers on questions related to working hours and timekeeping rules;
Ensure correct configuration and maintenance of timekeeping rules in the system;
Perform periodic audits and validations of timekeeping data;
Prepare managerial reports, KPIs, and analyses related to working hour control;
Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate integration of timekeeping data;
Support continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and optimization of electronic timekeeping controls;
Maintain updated procedures, workflows, and controls for the area.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields;
Solid experience in full-cycle Electronic Timekeeping administration;
Experience in calculation, monthly closing, inconsistency resolution, and time bank management;
In-depth knowledge of labor legislation related to working hours, overtime, breaks, shift schedules, and time banks;
Experience with Secullum timekeeping system;
Knowledge of Senior payroll system;
Advanced Excel skills for controls, analyses, and KPI development.
