Lives that matter.** Administrative Schedule: 07:40–11:45 | 12:17–17:00 **Responsibilities and Duties** **Develop and manage** preventive and corrective maintenance plans; Schedule and monitor maintenance timelines with a focus on performance; **Analyze failures and propose technical solutions** to enhance reliability; **Monitor maintenance KPIs and support decision-making;** Control **costs** and track the department’s **budget;** Ensure compliance with **safety requirements and legislation;** Manage the maintenance **ERP system** and service orders; Review and **structure operational procedures.** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering** (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or related fields) Experience in **industrial PCM**: backlog control, scheduling, and work order prioritization Proficiency in **maintenance KPIs**: MTBF, MTTR, availability, and plan adherence Experience in **failure analysis** and RCA (5 Whys, Ishikawa) Familiarity with **maintenance ERP systems** (SAP PM is a plus) Analytical capability for data management and decision support Proactive profile, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement Strong interpersonal skills with operations and maintenance teams **Additional Information** At Castrolanda, we value those who are part of our story.
