Contributes to continuous improvement and innovation. **Research and Development (R&D) Assistant** is a professional who supports scientists, engineers, or researchers in developing new products, processes, or technologies. Their activities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing samples, conducting experiments, recording results, and assisting in the preparation of technical reports. They primarily work in laboratories or innovation centers, contributing to the continuous improvement of existing products or the creation of innovations. A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with R&D department activities to contribute to proper departmental management; * Assist with analyses related to partial validation and suitability of pharmacopoeial analytical methods according to established protocols; * Conduct pharmaceutical technology tests according to previously established protocols; * Assist with tests required for the development of new products and/or adjustment of production processes; * Assist with literature research throughout all stages of development of a new product, a new active substance or excipient supplier, a new formulation, and/or adjustment of production processes; * Assist in identifying new suppliers of active and inert raw materials; * Assist in identifying new suppliers of packaging materials and accessories; * Assist with literature research in medical references and homeopathic repertories, performing copies and digitizations of information required for the safety and efficacy report of a dynamized product per RDC 721/22; * Assist in preparing the product development report; * Monitor test batch, pilot batch, and validation batch production according to pre-established protocols; * Assist in drafting procedures and records inherent to the Research and Development department.
