Organization and planning of daily activities Responsibilities: Coordinate and guide the facilities team, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and within the appropriate timeframe. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting training for continuous improvement. Organize the distribution of daily tasks and ensure activities are completed according to the established schedule. Ensure all activities comply with occupational safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Promote team awareness of safety practices and accident prevention. Salary: BRL 2,404.00 + VA BRL 900 + VT or fuel allowance + Life insurance + Health plan. Requirements: Skills: Organization, planning, team management, communication, problem-solving. In-depth knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, including their applications and handling precautions. Familiarity with cleaning procedures for different surface types and areas (offices, outdoor areas, restrooms, etc.). Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) required.
